Read the guest journey
Walk through arrival, entrance, route to the unit, stay and departure. Identify explanations and operating support needed. Unit size and bed count alone are not a complete product assessment.
Define a ready residence
Use a common check for equipment, inventory, preparation, functioning systems, access information and current photos. Assign outstanding work to a person and deadline before sale.
Include common areas
Clarify entrances, routes, cleaning and maintenance of shared spaces and what depends on the owner or other parties. A polished apartment photo cannot make a confusing arrival easier.
Choose a feasible launch
Consider staged groups with readiness reviews where appropriate. Coordinate product preparation, content and published availability. Do not sell uncompleted units based only on a target delivery date.
Questions, answered
What should I send first?
Unit count, locations, project stage and objective. Avoid sending credentials or guest data in the first brief.
Do you assess a single apartment?
Selectively in prime central locations such as Brera and Duomo. Our priority is portfolios and buildings.
Does the first discussion guarantee returns?
No. Scope, assumptions and required checks are defined for the real project.
