The congress starts before the first session
Badge collection, security and finding your room can come before the first presentation. Work backwards from when you need to be inside. If you arrive by train that morning, plan for luggage too: do not assume the congress has a suitable suitcase cloakroom.
The correct gate changes the final section
MiCo's website distinguishes entrances, and different organisers can use different gates. Save the latest confirmation rather than an old edition's map. The records below connect the venue, route and verified events without assigning one gate to every congress.
Centrale or the venue area
Centrale is worth comparing when your trip starts and ends with trains. Accommodation around the congress may simplify repeated daily travel. If meetings and dinners are spread across Milan, map those too. We do not describe Quasi-Hotels residences as inside MiCo or as official congress accommodation.
A clear proposal for your team
Send dates, guest numbers, bed arrangements and the details needed for a business proposal. Separate early arrivals, later departures and people needing space to work. A multi-unit quote must confirm every residence, service and condition; availability in one apartment is not sufficient.
