Keep the right instructions

Save the actual address, team contact and instructions for your booking. The registered office is not a check-in point. Clarify anything uncertain before travelling, particularly with several guests or a lot of luggage.

Give your luggage a plan

If you cannot yet enter or leave after checkout, ask about available options. Check external storage hours, bag limits and conditions. Do not leave belongings in shared spaces without an agreement; keep the first activity workable with your bags.

Communicate changes early

Update the team if travel times change and follow the booking instructions. Confirm checkout and departure steps. Do not plan around an unconfirmed late checkout: the residence may need preparation for another arrival.
